Ingredients

  • 0.5 cucumber
  • 250 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 400 g Brie cheese (in stick form, e.g., from Ceramot le Snack)
  • 150 g mini salami
  • balsamic vinegar
  • wooden skewers

Instructions

    Wash the cucumber and use a zester to create fine strips along its length; peel the skin off. Slice the cucumber into 1 cm thick rounds. Pat the tomatoes dry after washing. Wash, clean, halve, seed, and remove the inner skins of the bell pepper. Wash, clean, and cut the celery into 1–1.5 cm long pieces, then cut them into bite‑sized chunks. Cut the Brie into 1–1.5 cm wide slices.

    Thread all ingredients alternately onto the skewers. Transport in a plastic container and serve at a picnic with balsamic vinegar for dipping.
