Shrimps-Spieße mit Nudeln und scharfer Soße

Ingredients
- 24 shrimp (prepped)
- 1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp chili oil
- 250 g Chinese egg noodles
- 1 baby pak choi
- 100 g Sugar snap peas
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
- chili sauce (ready-made)
- 2 limes
- 2 tbsp butter

Mix the shrimp with chili oil and garlic. Wash the limes, cut into wedges, add to the shrimp. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Clean and chop pak choi into bite-sized pieces; trim sugar snap peas.

Skewer each person’s three shrimp onto lime wedges on grill sticks. Set aside remaining marinate. Heat butter in a pan or wok, sauté pak choi, add sugar snap peas, briefly stir, season with soy sauce and leftover marinade. Grill the skewers simultaneously. Add noodles to the vegetables, mix, reheat. Plate noodles, place three skewers and a drizzle of chili sauce on each plate and serve immediately.
