Ingredients

  • 2 fish fillets (e.g., Red Snapper, Cod)
  • 2 tbsp chili oil
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder
  • 1 chili pepper (seeded, finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 200 g glass noodles
  • 1 herb bundle (for garnish)

Instructions

    Wash and dry fish fillets, cut into bite‑size cubes. Thread onto wooden skewers and steam in bamboo steamer for about 6 minutes.

    Prepare glass noodles according to package instructions.

    Whisk soy sauce, honey, chili oil, paprika powder and chili together.

    Arrange noodles on plates, place skewers on top, drizzle with the spicy sauce. Serve garnished with herb sprigs.
