Ingredients
- 2 fish fillets (e.g., Red Snapper, Cod)
- 2 tbsp chili oil
- 1 tbsp paprika powder
- 1 chili pepper (seeded, finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp Light soy sauce
- 1 tsp Honey
- 200 g glass noodles
- 1 herb bundle (for garnish)
Instructions

Wash and dry fish fillets, cut into bite‑size cubes. Thread onto wooden skewers and steam in bamboo steamer for about 6 minutes.
