Ingredients
- 2 tuna fillets (about 130 g)
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 tsp Olive oil
- 200 g cucumber salad
- 150 g Chinese cabbage
- 4 Tbsp lime juice
- 4 tbsp chili chicken sauce (Asian store)
- 4 tbsp orange juice
- 4 tbsp scallion rings

Season tuna fillets with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan, sear the fillets for about 2–3 minutes on each side.

Wash cucumber with skin on, slice thinly or shave into ribbons.

Rinse Chinese cabbage, trim, and cut into thin strips.

Combine cucumber, Chinese cabbage, lime juice, chili chicken sauce, orange juice, and scallion rings; season with salt to taste. Arrange tuna fillets atop the salad and serve.
