Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 400 g cooked shrimps
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 slices whole grain toast

Instructions

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash, dry, and chop the spinach. Heat the butter and sauté the onion until translucent. Add the spinach and cook for 1-2 minutes. Then add the shrimp, warm briefly, and season with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and parsley.

    Slice the toast bread lengthwise and toast lightly if desired. Top with the shrimp mixture and serve with peas puree if preferred.
