Ingredients
- 600 g fresh giant shrimp (peeled, e.g., Black Tiger Seawater or frozen giant shrimp – thawed)
- 100 g butter
- 125 ml dry white wine
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 2 shallots
- Salt
- 250 g strawberries (washed and cleaned)
- lime zest
- 1 tbsp coconut chips

Peel the shallots, finely dice them, and sauté in hot butter in a large pan until translucent. Add the giant shrimp briefly, pour in white wine and lime juice, reduce heat to low and let simmer for 3–4 minutes, seasoning lightly with salt. Add the strawberries to the pan with the shrimp and warm through briefly.

Arrange the giant shrimp and strawberries on plates and drizzle the sauce over them. Garnish as desired with lime zest and coconut strips.
