Ingredients
- 500 g shrimp meat
- 2 Avocados
- 2 boxes daikon radish sprouts
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 0.5 lemon (juice)
- 1 tsp Honey
- Salt
- pink pepper

Break apart the shrimp flesh and arrange on plates. Whisk 2 tbsp olive oil with mustard, lemon juice, and honey. Season with salt and drizzle half over the shrimp.

Halve the avocado, remove pits, peel, and slice into thin strips. Add to remaining dressing and decorate over the shrimp.

Trim the sprouts and mix half with remaining oil. Drizzle over plates and garnish with remaining sprouts. Sprinkle pink pepper before serving.
