Ingredients

  • 150 g field lettuce
  • 175 g red grapes
  • 1 apple
  • 2 tbsp nut oil
  • 3 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp apple juice
  • 1 tbsp lingonberries (jarred)
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • 50 g walnut kernels
  • 4 small Camembert cheeses (100 g each)

Instructions

    Wash the salad thoroughly and spin dry. Wash grapes, stem them, and quarter. Wash apple, quarter, core it, and slice quarters into thin strips. Whisk oil with vinegar, juice, lingonberries, salt, and pepper; taste. Chop nuts finely.

    Heat a grill pan over medium heat and cook Camemberts, turning each side 2-3 minutes until cheese is slightly soft but not melted.

    Arrange field lettuce with apples, grapes, and nuts on a plate, drizzle dressing over it, place Camembert on top, and serve immediately.
