Ingredients
- 0.5 untreated lemon
- 2 stalks Parsley
- 2 stalks basil
- 2 stalks lemon thyme
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 head of garlic
- 1 dried chili pepper
- 100 ml olive oil
- 700 g shrimp (pre‑cooked, peeled and deveined)

Rinse the lemons hot, pat dry, zest and juice. Wash the herbs, shake dry and chop leaves. Peel the garlic, slice thinly and halve the head. Crush the chili and mix with garlic, herbs, zest, 2 tbsp lemon juice and oil; season with salt and pepper. Rinse the shrimp, pat dry and marinate in the mixture for about 1 hour.

Heat the grill.

Remove the shrimp from the marinade, drain and grill on a hot grill for about 4–5 minutes all around. Place the garlic halves on the grill to char as well. Return the shrimp to the oil and serve.
