Ingredients
- 125 g canned crab meat
- 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 4 tbsp butter
- 20 peeled large shrimp (ready to cook)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 100 ml sparkling wine
- 100 g Sour cream
- Salt
- ground pepper

Drain the crab meat in a sieve and cut into small pieces. Peel the garlic and press through a garlic press. Heat the butter and add the shrimp, crab meat, garlic, and lemon juice; bring to a boil and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes.

Stir in the sparkling wine and sour cream, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with parsley.
