Ingredients

  • 0.5 Bio-Lemon
  • 125 g mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 1 tsp Wasabi (powder or paste)
  • 0.5 tsp Sugar
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 24 Shrimp (prepped, peeled, deveined)
  • butter
  • Salt
  • white pepper
  • 24 Wooden Skewers

Instructions

    Rasp some zest from the lemon and then juice it. Mix with mayonnaise, yogurt, and wasabi. Season with sugar, salt, and pepper. Chill the wasabi mayo.

    Melt 1 tbsp butter in a pan over low heat and gently cook the shrimp for 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, then thread each onto small wooden skewers. Garnish the dip with lemon zest and pepper and serve alongside the shrimp skewers.
