Ingredients

  • 2 Zucchini
  • 0.5 Pineapple
  • 500 g shrimp tails (peeled)
  • 10 scallops (popped)
  • 2 olive oil
  • 1 lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 0.5 garlic clove

Instructions

    Quarter the pineapple and cut into 1 cm thick slices. Arrange on plates.

    Mix olive oil with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Press the garlic through a press and add to the mixture.
