- 2 Zucchini
- 0.5 Pineapple
- 500 g shrimp tails (peeled)
- 10 scallops (popped)
- 2 olive oil
- 1 lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- 0.5 garlic clove

Quarter the pineapple and cut into 1 cm thick slices. Arrange on plates.

Mix olive oil with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Press the garlic through a press and add to the mixture.

Wash zucchini and slice into rings.

Thread shrimp tails, scallops, and zucchini slices onto wooden skewers. Brush with the oil mixture.
