Ingredients

  • 400 g shrimps (peeled and cooked)
  • 2 small zucchinis
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 4 limes

Instructions

    Wash, trim, and cut zucchini lengthwise into thin slices. Blanch in boiling salted water for 1-2 minutes, remove, shock in ice water, drain and pat dry.

    Wrap one shrimp around each zucchini slice, season with salt and pepper, and secure with a small skewer. Serve garnished with lime wedges.
