Ingredients

  • 120 g mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 10 ml cognac
  • 1 tsp horseradish (jar)
  • Lemon juice
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 500 g cooked shrimp (ready-to-eat)
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 8 slices multigrain bread
  • 4 lettuce leaves (e.g., iceberg lettuce)
  • 8 slices breakfast bacon
  • 1 tbsp Rapeseed Oil

Instructions

    Whisk mayonnaise with ketchup, cognac and horseradish until smooth; season with lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, salt and cayenne pepper. Mix shrimp with the cocktail sauce.

    Wash tomatoes, remove stems and slice. Place tomato slices on 4 bread slices and distribute shrimp over them. Wash lettuce, pat dry and place one leaf on each sandwich. Fry bacon in a pan with hot oil until crisp; lay two slices on each sandwich. Top with remaining bread slices and serve.
