Ingredients
- 1 Red Onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 sprigs thyme
- 100 g Baby spinach
- 200 g Cherry tomatoes
- 400 g white giant beans (drained weight; canned)
- 400 g diced tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 0.5 tsp smoked paprika powder
- 1 tsp Honey
- 200 g feta (45% fat in total)

Peel onion and garlic. Halve the onion and cut into strips. Chop garlic. Wash thyme, shake dry, and pluck leaves. Rinse spinach, wash, and spin dry. Wash tomatoes and halve them. Drain beans in a sieve, rinse under cold water, and let drain.

Place onion, garlic, spinach, and beans in a baking dish; spread diced tomatoes and cherry tomatoes over them and drizzle with olive oil. Season with thyme, salt, pepper, paprika powder, and honey, then gently mix everything. Sprinkle feta on top.

Bake everything in a preheated oven at 200 °C (180 °C fan; gas: level 3) for about 15–20 minutes.
