Ingredients
- 50 g mayonnaise
- 100 g Sour cream
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 1 pinch sugar
- Salt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 head of romaine lettuce
- 200 g honeydew melon flesh
- 1 Avocado
- 24 cocktail shrimp (pre-cooked)
Instructions

Whisk the mayonnaise with sour cream and ginger. Season with sugar, salt, and lemon juice.

Wash, trim, and dry the lettuce leaves. Arrange them on a plate. Dice the honeydew into small cubes. Peel, halve, pit, and dice the avocado.

Rinse the shrimp and pat dry. Distribute the shrimp along with melon and avocado pieces over the lettuce leaves. Serve the dressing separately for drizzling as an appetizer.
