Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients

  • 350 g shrimp (pre‑cooked)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 400 g whole wheat linguine
  • Salt
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 0.5 bunch Parsley
  • Pepper
  • chili peppers (to taste)

Instructions

    Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry. Peel the garlic cloves, finely chop them, and mix with the shrimp.

    Cook the pasta according to package instructions in plenty of salted water until al dente. Heat oil in a cast‑iron skillet, sauté the shrimp–garlic mixture. Keep it on low heat while you wash, shake dry, and chop the parsley. Drain the pasta, combine with the parsley and shrimp mixture. Season with salt, pepper, and chili to taste, and serve hot.
