Ingredients
- 400 g spaghetti
- Salt
- 2 Zucchini
- 1 onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 100 ml dry white wine
- 80 g Butter
- 100 g breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente.

Meanwhile, wash and trim the zucchini, cut into thin strips or grate. Peel the onion and garlic, dice finely, and sauté in a hot pan with oil until translucent. Add the zucchini, cook briefly, then deglaze with white wine. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.

Melt butter in a pan, add breadcrumbs, and stir until golden brown.

Drain the pasta, let it dry slightly, combine with parsley and zucchini mixture, toss gently, and serve on deep plates. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and offer freshly grated parmesan on the side.
