Shrimp Mint Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 500 g raw large shrimp tails (peeled and deveined)
  • Salt
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped mint
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped dill
  • Pepper
  • 1 Avocado

Instructions

    Rinse the shrimp and blanch them in boiling salted water for 1-2 minutes. Shock in cold water and drain well.

    Whisk together the yogurt, crème fraîche, lemon juice, mint, and dill to make the dressing. Season with salt and pepper.

    Peel the avocado, halve it, remove the pit, and cut the flesh into pieces. Arrange the shrimp and avocado on glasses and drizzle with the dressing before serving.
