Grilled Shrimp Skewers

Shrimps skewers from Spoonsparrow are simple, quick and a great change of pace!

Ingredients

  • 500 g shrimp (pre‑cooked, deveined and peeled except for the tail segment)
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 pinch chili powder
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • 1 Organic lemon

Instructions

    Rinse shrimp under cold water, pat dry and mix with oil in a bowl. Peel and finely chop garlic, add to shrimp. Season with chili and pepper. Chill in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

    Thread the shrimp onto skewers and season lightly. Grill over high heat, turning, for about 5 minutes. Wash lemon hot, pat dry, cut into wedges and serve with the shrimp skewers.
