Light, quick and tasty! This shrimp cocktail from Spoonsparrow is the perfect summer starter.
Ingredients
- 300 g shrimp (pre‑cooked, peeled)
- 4 iceberg lettuce leaves
- 2 tbsp yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
- a splash of lemon juice
- 0.5 tsp horseradish
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper
- Worcestershire sauce

Wash and dry the lettuce leaves, then slice into thin strips. Distribute among 4 glasses.

Whisk together yogurt, tomato paste, and horseradish. Season with lemon juice, salt, cayenne pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Fold in shrimp and fill the glasses. Serve the shrimp cocktail on wooden skewers.
