- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions

1.
Preheat the oven to 200°C with fan and top heat.

Roll out the shortcrust pastry about 3 mm thick. Cut small stars if desired and slice into rectangles. Whisk the egg yolk with 1 tbsp water and brush over the dough. Sprinkle half with black sesame, the other half with white sesame. Place on a parchment-lined tray and bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven, cool, then cut horizontally in half.

Whisk the cream cheese with parsley until creamy. Take out a good portion of it. Dice the salami, mix into the cream cheese, season with salt and pepper. Spread over half of the pastry pieces. Wash, trim and slice the spring onion into thin rings. Sprinkle over the cream cheese and place the sesame‑topped cover back on.

4.
Season the remaining cream cheese with salt and pepper and spread over the rest of the pastry pieces. Slice raw ham into fine strips and quickly sauté in hot oil for a moment. Let cool slightly, then lay over the cream cheese. Cover with the tops and serve.
