- 12 shrimp (pre-cooked)
- 12 mussels (pre-cooked)
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 12 baby potatoes (cooked)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tbsp oil
- 0.5 bunch coriander
- 1 blue onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 red chilies
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lime (in wedges)

Place the shrimp and mussels in a bowl and drizzle with lime juice. Mix the mussels with breadcrumbs. Skewer alternately with potatoes and shrimp on 8 wooden skewers. Brush with oil and grill over high heat for about 4 minutes all sides.

For the salad, wash and dry the coriander, then tear into small pieces. Peel the onion and slice into thin strips. Peel the garlic and finely chop. Wash the chilies and cut into fine rings. Mix lime juice and olive oil, pour into a bowl, and combine well. Spoon into small bowls and arrange skewers on plates. Serve garnished with lime wedges.
