Ingredients
- 4 slices of tuna fillet (about 200 g each)
- 1 untreated lemon
- 1 untreated orange
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 tbsp dried savory
- 1 tbsp plant oil
- 150 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 tsp starch
- 1 tsp curry powder

Rinse the tuna and pat dry. Wash and dry the lemon and orange, then zest and juice both fruits.

Season the fish with salt, pepper, and savory, then sear in hot oil in a non-stick pan for 1 minute on each side. Remove from pan and pour the fruit juices into the broth; add the zest. Whisk starch with 1 tbsp water and use to thicken the sauce. Simmer until slightly thickened.

Season with curry, salt, and pepper. Return the tuna to the sauce and heat briefly if desired.
