  • 200 g Low-fat quark
  • 3 tbsp crème fraîche
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 1 splash Lemon juice
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 8 sprats (in oil)
  • 8 slices rye bread
  • dill tips for garnish

Instructions

    Whisk the quark with the crème fraîche and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Peel the onion, halve it, and slice into thin rings.
