Shell Pasta Seafood Salad

Ingredients
- 200 g small shell pasta
- Salt
- 2 tbsp oil
- 200 g frozen mixed seafood
- 1 Shallot
- 100 ml White wine
- 2 Celery stalks
- 150 g cucumber
- 200 g honeydew melon (pulp cleaned)
- 2 tbsp hazelnut flakes
- 100 ml lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- a pinch of sugar
- 50 ml nut oil
Instructions

Cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente, drain, rinse with cold water, let drain and mix with 1 tbsp oil.

Thaw seafood. Peel and finely chop shallot, sauté in 1 tbsp oil, add seafood, cook briefly, pour in white wine, heat through, then cool. Wash celery and cucumber. Slice celery into thin strips. Cut cucumber lengthwise into quarters, slice into ~0.5 cm thick pieces.

Dice honeydew melon flesh into cubes.

Whisk lemon juice with salt, pepper, and sugar; fold in oil. Combine pasta with seafood, celery, and melon, stir in dressing. Let rest about 15 minutes. Adjust seasoning heavily and sprinkle hazelnut flakes on top.
