Ingredients

  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • 80 g small shell pasta
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp White Wine Vinegar

Instructions

    Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, drain, rinse with cold water and let it dry.

    Peel the tomatoes, remove seeds, and dice finely.

    Peel the onion and chop into small pieces.

  4. 4.

    Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Toss the pasta, tomato cubes and onion with the dressing. Transfer to a jar with a screw cap.
