Ingredients
- 400 g Broccoli
- Salt
- 1 onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 150 ml vegetable broth (instant)
- 100 ml heavy cream
- 100 g Fontina cheese
- 40 g Parmesan cheese
- freshly ground pepper
- 500 g shell pasta (conchiglie)
Instructions

Clean, rinse and cut broccoli into florets. Boil salted water and blanch broccoli for about 3 minutes. Drain, shock in cold water and drain well.

Peel onion and garlic; dice onion finely, slice garlic. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Quickly sauté broccoli, onion, and garlic. Transfer broccoli to a plate and set aside warm.

Pour vegetable broth and cream into the pan and bring to a boil. Grate cheese, add to the cream, and stir until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
