Ingredients

  • 1 kg waxy potatoes
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • Salt
  • ground pepper

Instructions

    Peel, halve, wash and dry the potatoes. Toss with the oil, salt and pepper.

    Bake on a sheet pan in a preheated oven at 200 °C (180 °C fan‑forced; gas: level 3) for about 20–25 minutes, turning once. Serve warm.
