Ingredients

  • 2 whole wheat rolls or whole grain rolls
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 leaves of lettuce
  • 0.25 Cucumber
  • Pepper
  • 4 radishes
  • 1 handful soy sprouts
  • 1 handful dandelion flowers
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Salt

Instructions

    Cut the roll in half with a sharp knife and spread butter on the lower halves. Wash, pat dry, cut slightly smaller pieces of lettuce and place on the buttered roll halves. Slice cucumber into rounds and arrange them over the lettuce (overlapping), lightly pepper.

    Wash, trim radishes, slice thinly and distribute over the cucumbers. Shake soy sprouts dry and lay them atop the radish slices. Sprinkle dandelion flowers decoratively on top. Spread mayonnaise on the upper roll half, lightly salt and place it on top. Press gently, plate onto dishes and serve.
