Sesame Chicken Skewers

Ingredients
- 20 g ginger (1 piece)
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 Lime
- 2 tbsp light sesame oil
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 350 g chicken breast fillet (3 fillets)
- 1 bundle radishes
- 0.5 cucumber
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 8 stalks coriander
- 20 g Sesame seeds (2 tbsp)
- 12 wooden skewers
Instructions

Soak the wooden skewers in a bowl of water.

Peel and finely chop ginger and garlic for the marinate. Squeeze lime juice. Mix 2 tbsp lime juice with ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and hoisin sauce.

Rinse chicken breast fillets under cold water, pat dry, slice into thin strips. Toss with the marinade and let sit.

Clean and slice radishes thinly. Cut cucumber halves into about 6 cm long pieces then slice. Mix both in a bowl with 1 tbsp lime juice and fish sauce.

Coat a baking sheet with oil. Thread chicken strips onto the skewers and place on the sheet.

Slide the sheet onto the second rack from the top of the preheated oven grill and broil for about 5 minutes. Flip the skewers and cook another 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, wash and shake off coriander. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the skewers and serve with radish-cucumber salad on four plates. Garnish with coriander.
