Ingredients
- 400 g squid tagliatelle
- Salt
- 1 onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 0.5 bunch cilantro
- 400 g frozen shrimp
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 dried tomatoes (in oil)
- 400 g diced canned tomatoes
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper

Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente. Dice the onion and garlic finely. Wash, dry, and tear the cilantro into small pieces. Sauté the thawed shrimp in oil, then add the chopped dried tomatoes, onion, and garlic, followed by the diced tomatoes.

Let simmer gently for about 5 minutes, seasoning with salt and cayenne pepper. Toss in the well-drained pasta and adjust seasoning. Just before serving, fold in the cilantro and plate on bowls.
