Ingredients
- 400 ml milk (1.5 % fat)
- 3 tbsp whole‑grain sugar
- 1 piece organic lemon zest
- 100 g whole‑meal semolina
- 1 tbsp butter
- 4 figs
- 100 ml grape juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 vanilla pod
- 1 tbsp chopped almonds

Bring the milk with sugar and lemon zest to a boil for the semolina porridge, add the semolina while stirring, simmer for about 1–2 minutes, set aside, stir in butter and let it thicken for about 10 minutes. Remove the lemon zest.

Wash the figs and cut them lengthwise into quarters. Boil the grape juice with honey. Quarter the vanilla pod and add it with the figs to the pot, remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.

Distribute the semolina onto bowls, top with the figs and sprinkle with chopped almonds before serving.
