Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp fenugreek seed powder
  • 4 tbsp milk rice
  • Salt
  • 125 g ground beef
  • 3 stalks flat‑leaf parsley
  • pepper (ground)
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 hot peppers
  • 1 small green bell pepper
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 0.5 tsp cumin (ground)
  • 1 egg

Instructions

    Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. Add peppers, pepper strips, and meatballs. Sprinkle cumin over the balls and crush them slightly. Stir in egg and rice.

    Add broth and chopped vegetables, bring to a boil. Pour in fenugreek puree but do not stir it in. Let it boil for about 1 minute on high heat, then serve immediately in the pot.
