Seitan-Paprika

Ingredients
- 250 g seitan
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 4 paprika peppers (red, green, yellow)
- 4 radishes
- 2 red onions
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp black sesame seeds
- Salt
- pepper (from grinder)
- ground cumin
- 1 large tomato (e.g., "Old German")
- handful of coriander leaves

Slice the seitan into strips and mix in a bowl with soy sauce and sesame oil. Wash the paprika, halve them, remove seeds and white membranes, then cut into strips. Clean, wash, and halve the radishes. Peel, halve, and slice the onions. In a pan, sauté the paprika strips and radishes in 2 tbsp hot oil for about 2 minutes.

Remove briefly from the pan and set aside. Brown the seitan in the remaining oil while turning it. Add the vegetables with sesame seeds, seasoning everything with salt, pepper, and cumin. Wash the tomato, remove the stem end, halve it, and slice into rounds. Arrange the vegetable and seitan mixture on a plate, top with tomato slices, and garnish with coriander.
