The seed bread with radish cream cheese from Spoonsparrow is always delicious.
Ingredients
- 0.5 bunch radishes
- Salt
- 1 box watercress
- 0.5 cucumber
- 2 Tomatoes
- 200 g cream cheese (3% fat)
- 2 tbsp yogurt (1.5% fat)
- Pepper
- paprika powder
- 480 g sunflower bread (12 slices)

Wash, trim and cut radishes into small cubes; lightly salt them and let sit for a few minutes before draining.

Meanwhile, cut watercress from the bed. Wash cucumber halves and tomatoes, pat dry, then slice.

Whisk cream cheese with yogurt until smooth. Fold in radishes and season with pepper and paprika powder.

Spread the radish‑cream cheese mixture on the bread slices, top with watercress, cucumber and tomato slices, and sprinkle with pepper.
