Apple Skewers with Speck

Ingredients
- 2 apples (e.g., Boskop)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp butter
- 8 slices South Tyrolean speck
- fresh grated horseradish
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley (cut into strips)
Instructions

Wash the apples, quarter them, remove the core, cut into wedges and mix with lemon juice. In a pan melt the butter and brown the apple wedges all around until golden yellow. Remove, drain on kitchen paper and let cool.

Halve the speck slices and wrap each apple wedge with a speck slice. Skewer onto wooden sticks, arrange on a plate and sprinkle with fresh grated horseradish and parsley before serving.
