Seed Bread Sandwich with Turkey

Ingredients
- 4 large lettuce leaves
- 8 slices multigrain bread
- 4 tsp cream cheese
- 1 small yellow bell pepper
- 1 small red bell pepper
- cucumber
- 1 Red Onion
- 100 g sprouts
- Salt
- Pepper
- 125 g turkey ham
Instructions

Wash and pat dry the lettuce leaves. Spread cream cheese on the bread slices.

Clean, wash, seed, and trim the bell peppers. Slice the yellow pepper into thin strips and the red pepper into coarser strips.

Wash a cucumber half and slice it thinly. Peel the onion and cut it into thin rings.

Rinse the sprouts well and pat dry.

Layer 4 bread slices with one lettuce leaf and some yellow pepper strips, season with salt and pepper. Add onion rings and cucumber slices, top with turkey ham, then layer red pepper strips. Season again with salt and pepper.

Add sprouts on top of each sandwich and cover with another slice of bread. Cut the sandwiches in half at the middle.
