Ingredients

  • 800 g fresh tuna fillet
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • sesame seeds (2 tbsp light and 2 tbsp dark)
  • 4 tsp wasabi paste
  • 40 g pickled ginger (thin slices)
  • soy sauce
  • crispbread with sesame

Instructions

    Wash the fish, pat dry, season with salt and pepper, then marinate in soy sauce for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

    Heat sesame oil in a wok, pat the tuna fillet dry again, sear all sides quickly for 3-4 minutes, coat with sesame seeds, slice into thick rounds. Plate with wasabi, ginger, soy sauce and crispbread.
