Ingredients
- 800 g fresh tuna fillet
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
- sesame seeds (2 tbsp light and 2 tbsp dark)
- 4 tsp wasabi paste
- 40 g pickled ginger (thin slices)
- soy sauce
- crispbread with sesame

Wash the fish, pat dry, season with salt and pepper, then marinate in soy sauce for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Heat sesame oil in a wok, pat the tuna fillet dry again, sear all sides quickly for 3-4 minutes, coat with sesame seeds, slice into thick rounds. Plate with wasabi, ginger, soy sauce and crispbread.
