Ingredients

  • 1 kg heart mussels
  • 4 Spring Onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 handful smooth parsley
  • 500 g spaghetti
  • Salt
  • 40 ml olive oil
  • 100 ml dry white wine
  • pepper (ground)

Instructions

    Wash the mussels and remove any that are open. Wash, trim, and slice the spring onions into fine rings. Peel and chop the garlic. Wash the parsley, shake off excess water, and finely chop the leaves.

    Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside. Heat the olive oil in a large pot, sauté the garlic and spring onions until translucent, deglaze with wine, and mix in a bowl with the noodles and mussels. Season with salt and pepper.
