Ingredients

  • 4 scallops (ready-to-cook with shell)
  • 100 g shrimp (ready-to-cook)
  • 100 g squid ring
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Noilly Prat
  • Sea salt
  • white pepper
  • 75 g breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp freshly chopped herbs (e.g., dill and parsley)

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 220°C on grill setting.

    Wash and pat dry the scallops, shrimp, and squid rings. Roughly chop together with lemon juice, 1 tbsp olive oil, and Noilly Prat; spread over the eight cleaned shell halves. Mix breadcrumbs with remaining oil and herbs; distribute over the seafood. Grill under high heat for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
