Ingredients
- 4 scallops (ready-to-cook with shell)
- 100 g shrimp (ready-to-cook)
- 100 g squid ring
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Noilly Prat
- Sea salt
- white pepper
- 75 g breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped herbs (e.g., dill and parsley)

Preheat the oven to 220°C on grill setting.

Wash and pat dry the scallops, shrimp, and squid rings. Roughly chop together with lemon juice, 1 tbsp olive oil, and Noilly Prat; spread over the eight cleaned shell halves. Mix breadcrumbs with remaining oil and herbs; distribute over the seafood. Grill under high heat for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
