Ingredients
- 500 g sea buckthorn
- 140 g sugar
- 500 ml white wine
- 20 g cornstarch

Wash the sea buckthorn berries, pat dry and simmer with sugar and white wine in a pot for about 5 minutes. Mix cornstarch with 2 tbsp water, add to the berries, stir and bring to a boil again. Pour into a glass bowl and chill.

Serve with lemon ice cream or sorbet.
