Ingredients
- 100 g dark chocolate (70%)
- 125 g butter
- 75 g powdered sugar
- 40 g finely ground almond kernels
- 2 tbsp cocoa liqueur
- 300 g shortcrust cookie dough
- cocoa powder (for dusting)

Break the chocolate into pieces and melt with the butter in a saucepan over low heat, stirring. Mix in the powdered sugar, almonds, and cocoa liqueur. Let it cool slightly.

Line a springform pan with parchment paper and fill it about half full with the chocolate mixture. Gradually place the cookies upright in circles, pressing them firmly into the chocolate so they reach the bottom of the pan. Spread the remaining chocolate between the cookies with a spoon.
