Sea buckthorn quark muesli provides a good dose of vitamin C and many B vitamins right from the morning.
Ingredients
- 300 g low‑fat quark
- 2 tbsp sparkling mineral water
- 4 tbsp sea buckthorn juice
- 4 tbsp nut muesli
- 150 g seedless white grapes
- 150 g Physalis
Instructions

Whisk the quark with sparkling mineral water until creamy.

Stir in the sea buckthorn juice and nut muesli.

Separate the physalis from their husks.

Wash and drain the physalis and grapes; cut them into halves or quarters depending on size.

Fold the fruit into the quark‑muesli mixture and serve in bowls.
