Plums with Cinnamon Thick Milk

Natural aid for a tired gut: plums with cinnamon thick milk gently stimulate digestion.

Ingredients

  • 300 g fresh plums (6 fresh plums)
  • 1 Organic lemon
  • 1 stalk lemon balm
  • 300 g thick milk (1.5% fat)
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp Liquid Honey

Instructions

    Wash the plums, halve them and remove the pits. Slice the plums into wedges and place them in a small bowl.

    Rinse the lemon hot and pat dry. Grate half of its zest with a grater.

    Halve the lemon and squeeze out the juice.

  4. 4.

    Wash the lemon balm, shake off excess water, pick off the leaves and cut them into fine strips.

    Add 2 tbsp lemon juice and zest to the plums and mix well.

    Whisk together the thick milk, cinnamon and honey. Arrange the plums in two glasses or on two plates, pour the thick milk over them, and sprinkle with lemon balm leaves.
