Ingredients
- 150 g flour
- 100 g ground walnuts
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 egg
- 100 g sugar
- 4 tbsp sea buckthorn juice
- 80 ml plant oil
- 200 g natural yogurt
- 60 ml sea buckthorn syrup
- 6 half walnut kernels
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) with upper and lower heat. Line the wells of a muffin tin with paper cups.

Mix the flour with the walnuts and baking powder. Beat the egg with sugar, juice, oil, and yogurt. Stir in the dry mixture and pour the batter into the prepared cups.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes.

Remove the freshly baked muffins from the oven, drizzle with syrup, top each with a walnut piece, and let them dry. Serve arranged on cups.
