- 300 g sea buckthorn berries
- preserve sugar
- 2 tbsp raspberry liqueur

Wash the berries, rinse, drain, then pass through a fine sieve. Weigh the mass and stir in an equal amount of preserve sugar. Cover and let sit overnight.

Bring to a boil in a pot, simmer for 4 minutes, remove from heat, stir in raspberry liqueur, and immediately pour into hot-washed jars. Seal and place on lids for about 15 minutes, then flip and allow to cool.
