Ingredients
- 15 g ginger
- 1 small stalk lemongrass
- 2 tsp dried sea buckthorn berries
- 1 stem fresh coriander
Instructions

Peel the ginger and finely chop it.

Wash the lemongrass, set aside about one‑third of it, and cut the remainder into small pieces.

Combine ginger, lemongrass pieces, and sea buckthorn berries with 250 ml water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered for 10–12 minutes.

Wash coriander and shake dry.

Strain the tea into a cup or mug and garnish with the reserved lemongrass and coriander.
