Sea Bream with Grilled Tomatoes

- 4 small sea bream (about 300 g each)
- 2 untreated lemons
- 3 cloves garlic
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch chili flakes
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 500 g cherry tomatoes (whole)

Preheat the grill.

Wash and pat dry the fish inside and out. Wash the lemons hot and grate the zest from one of them. From both lemons cut 2–3 thin slices each, then halve the slices. Peel the garlic and slice it thinly. Mix the oil with chili flakes, salt, pepper and lemon zest. Brush the fish inside and out with this mixture. Fill each belly with a few lemon slices and garlic. Grill the sea bream on the grill (preferably in a fish basket) for about 10 minutes per side.

Rinse the tomatoes and place them on the grill along with the remaining lemon halves (on a grill tray). Drizzle with the remaining oil and grill for 6–8 minutes. Serve immediately.
