Sea Bass with Tomatoes

Delicious and healthy fish with herbs for all salmon lovers.
Ingredients
- 400 g Tomatoes
- 10 g parsley (0.5 bunch)
- 10 g basil (0.5 bunch)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4 Garlic cloves
- 350 g sea bass fillet
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Instructions

Wash the tomatoes, slice them and place in a baking dish.

Wash the herbs, shake off excess water and finely chop. Stir in the oil, season with salt and pepper. Peel the garlic, halve if desired, and drizzle the herb‑oil over the tomatoes. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (180 °C fan; gas: level 3) for about 5 minutes.

Meanwhile rinse the sea bass fillet under cold water, pat dry and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Place it on top of the tomatoes, brush with some tomato liquid and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cooked through.
